Returning Online Orders:
If your package arrives damaged or defective and you are unable to return it to our location we will arrange to replace it by our courier. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the date receipt of product. We do not accept any returns after a 10 day period. Orders returned before 10 days are granted a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
TO FACILITATE RETURNS, CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- A picture of the damaged item with its original shipping box.
- Original invoice number (found on your packing slip) and the product code of the unused item in its original packaging.
*IMPORTANT* PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ORDERS BEFORE CONTACTING US.
All orders sent back without prior notification will be refused. Returns or exchanges on used items without original packaging under any circumstances will not be accepted. Sale items are Final Sale no refunds or exchanges are accepted. Any items that are received defective within 10 days of the date receipt will be replaced.
Returning online orders to our service counter
You may return online orders at our location. Be sure to have a copy of the online receipt a credit note will be issued upon return. No cash returns. All in house returns as well are not accepted 10 days after date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Ensure that all billing and shipping address information is correct before confirming purchase. The cost for handling Billing and Shipping errors incur administration fees which will be charged to customers accordingly.
